Come and celebrate International Day of Yoga with us on Sunday 21st June in award-winning Valentine's Park.
About this Event

Let’s celebrate all the powerful benefits of yoga, experience the holistic aspects of yoga from breathworks, to moving mindfully, meditation, chanting, relaxation and coming together as a community in the beautiful outdoors.

This is a free community event with the support from our local yoga teachers and Patanjali Yog Peeth (UK) Trust. Brahma Kumaris will lead a peaceful meditation and our singers from The Art of Living will take us on a blissful musical journey.

The yoga day event is suitable for all ages and abilities. Everyone is welcome.

What to bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, comfy clothing, sun protection

Tube: Gants Hill Station (Central Line)

Train: Ilford Station (Queen Elizabeth Line) & 23 minute walk or 10 minute bus ride.

Bus: 128, 150, 167, 179, 296 & 396 Beehive Lane /Mornington Avenue

Car Parking: Paid parking at Valentines Mansion and free street parking available.

Facilities

Toilets: There are toilets by Valentines Mansion

Cafe: Enjoy a drink, yummy snack or lunch at the Gardener’s Cottage Café.
