She-Wolf Circle - Meditation Event for Women - Chigwell

A monthly evening of rest, reflection, and reconnection for women

The She-Wolf Circle is a sacred monthly gathering for women to come together in a safe, nurturing space to pause, exhale and reconnect - with themselves and with one another.

Each evening is designed to help you gently switch off from the demands of the day and step into self-care, presence and connection. Through guided journaling, a card pull, healing (Reiki and ThetaHealing), meditation, and other soul-led practices, you’ll be invited to reflect, release, and realign with what you need most in that moment.

Every month carries a new theme, allowing the circle to evolve organically.

This is not a space to perform or fix.

It’s a space to soften, be seen and simply be.

✨ What to expect each month:

• A warm welcome into a safe, supportive circle
• Guided journaling and intuitive card pulls
• Meditation and gentle grounding practices
• Space for sharing, reflection and connection
• Occasional guest-led practices to support mind, body and soul

The She-Wolf Circle is an invitation to slow down, honour yourself and remember the power of gathering in sisterhood.

Come as you are. Leave feeling calmer, connected and restored.

Important Information:

• Bring a refillable water bottle to stay hydrated.
• Bring your own yoga mat, pillows, eye masks and blankets for added comfort during the meditation.
• Bring notebook and pen for journaling
• The event includes sitting on the floor and lying on yoga mats.
• Please arrive between 7:45- 7:55pm You will be cleansed with sage on arrival.
