Once you have completed the Crystal Singing Bowls For Personal Wellness 2 Hour introduction course, join us for our community singing bowl circles. Stay motivated on your crystal singing bowl wellness journey, share & gain insights with other like-minded souls, and learn how to get the most out of your crystal singing bowls at home.
In these beautiful sound healing circles, you will get to deepen your personal practice with crystal singing bowls, by working with a new intention & learning techniques each month to apply at home with your bowl throughout the month.
You will learn how to use your bowl(s) to balance your nervous system, listen to the wisdom of your inner spirit, & bring in more of the vibrations you wish into your life.
Feel the power of crystal singing bowls to shift the way you feel about yourself and the life around you. In the circles, you’ll receive:
A 15-minute Sound Bath
Guidance into New crystal bowl meditation techniques
Practice time with each technique
Integration & personalized meditation plan for the month
Q & A
A crystal bowl will be provided for you to use during the sound healing circle, so all you have to do is bring your open, curious heart, & whatever you would like for your playing & receiving comfort (recommendation: blanket, & pillow or meditation cushion; remember, you’ll be seated to play your bowls that will be on the floor for a couple of hours.)
