Every April, neighbors of the Old Southeast Neighborhood bring their plants and cuttings to the shade-filled parking lot of The Chattaway Restaurant for the annual Plant Swap and TWO raffles - plant and art raffle!
Saturday, April 11, 2026, 9-11:30 a.m.
Location: The Chattaway, 358 22nd Ave S

Be a part of the plant swap by taking an accounting now of what you need and what you can propagate or divide to share.
Swap & Share: Bring healthy plants, cuttings, extra tools, pots, or yard supplies to trade or donate. (Please, no invasive plantsβ€”see the list here)
Artist Raffle: Featuring artwork from our talented Old Southeast artists. Attendees will have the opportunity to enter the raffle for a chance to win unique pieces of art. The proceeds from raffle ticket sales will benefit and support our local artists as we prepare for the October Artist Enclave Studio Tour, an annual tradition celebrating creativity within our neighborhood. The artist raffle at the plant swap is a cherished tradition, marking the beginning of the planting season and generating crucial funds to support artist marketing efforts leading up to the annual tour. Cash and credit cards accepted!
Sales: Renew your OSNA membership, buy a winning Raffle ticket for a special plant, tree or item, or make a potted plant purchase to support OSNA. Cash or credit card accepted.
Expert Advice: Plant enthusiasts will be available to answer your gardening questions.
Here are a few things to keep in mind:
- Cuttings: Bring healthy cuttings from your favorite plants. Label with the plant name and any special care instructions.
- Toolbox: Gather any extra tools, plant pots, yard items or supplies you might want to trade or give away.
- No Invasives, please. Here’s a link to a list of plants that are not welcome: https://shorturl.at/bXRDX
- Coffee and breakfast snacks: We are grateful to Chattaway Restaurant for once again providing their parking lot as our venue plus the coffee and breakfast service for our gathering.
