Mindful Mornings @ The Square, birthday edition
Join the cp:yoga community for a very special mindful morning, as we celebrate the birthday of cp:yoga founder, Caren Plummer. There will be treats for everyone!
These classes are FREE and all levels are welcome, so whether its your first class or 100th, this is the class for you. Mindful Mornings happen monthly, in partnership with The Square.
