About Sydney

Sydney is a passionate yoga teacher with a deep connection to movement and holistic healing. She completed her 200-hour teacher training in Dharamshala, India, and her 300-hour training in Goa. With a background of 10 years in dance, she brings grace, fluidity, and artistic expression to her yoga practice. Sydney’s true love lies in intuitive movement, where she encourages her students to explore their bodies and connect with their inner selves authentically. She is currently pursuing a degree in integrative medicine in Berkeley. Sydney's expertise extends beyond the mat, as she organizes workshops and retreats that integrate mindfulness and transformative experiences. She empowers her students to cultivate overall well-being and balance in their lives through the fusion of yoga and holistic healing practices.
