About Mary Lou:
Mary Lou has been teaching at The Yoga Room since 1980 and is Co-Director of the Advanced Studies Program. She has trained many of the Bay Area’s teachers together with Donald Moyer since 1988. The Intensives and workshops she offers throughout the year are well attended even by out-of-town teachers looking to deepen their ability to observe and assist their students.
