We are very pleased to announce the return of our Premium Wine Dinners, we hope you had a great summer! We are hosting our next wine dinner at the Woodruff Road Shoppe, On Sunday, September 13 featuring The Paring, The Hilt Estate, JONATA, and Poggio Costa.
Joining us for the evening will be Matt McKeown, from Charleston SC and works nationally with The Paring, The Hilt, and JONATA and is also a co-founder of the company behind Poggio Costa Prosecco. Matt will guide us through the wines and share the stories behind the vineyards, producers, and bottles we’ll be tasting.
When you arrive, we’ll start with The Paring Sauvignon Blanc alongside a light charcuterie spread before moving through four tasting-sized courses built around the evening’s featured wines.

Roasted Faroe Island salmon with cauliflower, brown butter and preserved lemon
The Hilt Estate Radian Vineyard Pinot Noir
Wild mushroom bread pudding with celery root and thyme
JONATA ‘Todos’ Red Wine
Smoked lamb shoulder with creamy white beans, roasted tomato and rosemary
Poggio Costa Prosecco DOC Brut
Lemon olive-oil cake with mascarpone, green apple and toasted almond
One of the things I was especially interested in with this dinner was showing both Bentrock and Radian, two distinct vineyards within The Hilt Estate. When we tasted through the wines, the differences between them were striking enough that they naturally pulled the food in very different directions. That contrast became an important part of how the menu came together.
We’ll also have two optional tasting flights available for purchase during the evening for anyone who wants to explore more of the portfolio, along with a few limited specialty pours from JONATA as the evening progresses.

Tickets are $199 per couple.

Each couples’ ticket also includes two bottles to take home: one bottle of The Hilt Estate Pinot Noir and one bottle of JONATA “Todos” Red Blend, an approximately $105 retail value.
Additional featured wines will be available for special event pricing, with orders placed that evening and fulfilled after the event.
