NT Wellness Circle Walk: Cardio & Coffee at Chastain Park

Join the NT Wellness Circle on Saturday, September 12, 2026, for a fun and refreshing Cardio & Coffee walk at Chastain Park—one of Atlanta’s most vibrant parks!

We’ll meet at 9:00 AM in front of the tennis courts, next to the coffee shop. Our group walk will begin promptly at 9:15 AM.

The route is approximately 2.8–3 miles, and all pace levels are welcome. We’ll pause as needed so everyone can remain together and enjoy the experience as a group.

After completing the walk, we’ll return to our meeting location. You’re welcome to stay, grab a coffee, and connect with other Wellness Circle members.

Street parking is available around Chastain Park and is encouraged, especially when other events are taking place and nearby lots may require payment.

Consider bringing a friend and carpooling when possible. Please allow enough time to park and arrive at the meeting point by 9:00 AM.

Wear comfortable walking shoes, dress for the weather, and bring water.
