E+ROSE Saturday Sweat Series X PVOLVE

For the first time ever, E+ROSE is bringing the Saturday Sweat Series to Atlanta — Starting July through September! We’re partnering with PVOLVE Atlanta to keep things going at our Old Fourth Ward location with an energizing mat class!

At E+ROSE Wellness Café, we believe food is medicine — but true wellness is about movement, connection, and community. This new Atlanta series brings all three together in a way that feels accessible, uplifting, and rooted in the Atlanta lifestyle.

We’ll meet UPSTAIRS at E+ROSE Old Fourth Ward, right on the BeltLine, and then you will be taken through a 50 minute mat class. All levels are welcome — this is about moving your body, connecting with others, and starting your weekend strong.

After the run/walk, we’ll head back to E+ROSE to refuel, recharge, and enjoy an exclusive post‑workout discount. Smoothies, canned coffee, canned matcha, grab‑and‑go wellness — everything your body will love after a morning on the BeltLine! Rxmedy Room is LIVE!
