REFUND POLICY: If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another available NSHSS event via your Eventbrite account or by emailing [email protected]. Transfers are allowed up to one day before the event but are NOT permitted on or after the event date. Transferred tickets are non-refundable.
Full refunds are available up to 15 days before the event start date and can be requested through your Eventbrite account or by emailing [email protected]. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. After this window, all registrations are non-refundable.
This event is held rain or shine. If rescheduled, registrations will be honored for the new date or considered for refund on a case-by-case basis. If canceled, all purchases will be refunded in full.
