Celebrate seeds, sprouts, and the garden's tiny powerhouses! We'll discuss nutritional benefits, sprouting basics, and how to incorporate seeds and sprouts into daily meals in Jessie’s Garden with Stacey Woodson, MS, RD, LDN!
Each workshop will explore the benefits of the herbs and vegetables in our garden. Meet us in the garden at 6pm!
