To stay competitive, swimmers need to dedicate time to focus on start, turn, and stroke management. Improving fundamentals should be an ongoing practice throughout your swimming career. The Nile Swim Camp is a five day immersive training camp that will provide a collection of techniques and skill evolutions that can help improve start, turn, and stroke times.
Swimmers Receive
Expert coaching
Practices geared to all speed levels
Challenging in-water training, 2.5 hours daily
Dry-land sessions and yoga instruction
Healthy mix of learning and fun
Daily snacks
Visits from High School & College Coaches
Certificates and medals presented to participants
Camp Specs
Participants must be able to swim one length of the pool, tread water, and have a strong passion for swimming.
Campers will receive -Swimming book, goggles, swim cap, journal, backpack, t-shirt.
Careers in swimming - Each day, campers will meet with professionals in the Aquatics industry (Swim Coach, Marine Biologist, Military, etc.)
Secure storage for all equipment and sturdy first aid/guard station
