About this Event

Join Emily and Maria every Friday on Tramore beach from 7am starting on the 22nd May. We will move through a pilates flow and stretch with Maria followed by an energising Breathwork session with Emily to get your day started the best way. Afterwards, there will be an optional sea dip and coffee. The purpose of these mornings is to build a community and connect with like minded people. We are so excited to have you!
