Chair Yoga is an excellent way to improve your overall health, wellbeing and socialize safely. It will improve your physical mobility, strengthen muscles and bones and lubricate joints to prevent injury and stiffness. You will learn breathing techniques to help with respiratory issues, improve digestion and reduce stress and anxiety. Classes offer an abundance of tips to build daily healthy habits and there are lots of laughs along the way. Parking is free.
