Robert Boyle Summer School 2026

The Summer School is a weekend event for adults interested in exploring the role of science in our culture. A festival, not a School ; Science but not for Scientists. We explore where ideas come from and how they impact and affect how we see the world today. It brings together speakers across various fields on a particular theme.

This year theme is 'Mind and Matter'

Pre-programme. This is subject to change.

Thursday Evening: opening event in Waterford

Friday: all day in Waterford

Saturday: all day in Lismore Heritage Centre and Lismore Castle Gardens (coach included in 3-days tickets and day ticket)

Sunday : Cultural event in Waterford - end at lunch time
