-arrive between 430pm and 630pm (drop in)
-check in to receive your bracket of paired cheeses and select your educated guesses
-receive your 8 cheeses, grab your 2 beers that are included
-taste our cheeses paired in the bracket as you work your way to determine your champion
-prizes for the winners
