Join us for a fun day of Bench and Deadlift competition. Three divisions (Teen, Master and Open). Entries must be postmarked by March 14, 2026.
Awards: 1st - 3rd place in each Open weight class.1st - 3rd place in the Teenage division as calculated by the Wilks formula.
1st - 3rd place in Masters divisions as calculated by the Wilks and age formulas. “Best Lifter” awards for Men’s and Women’s Open division as calculated by the Wilks formula. Weight classes may be adjusted on the day of the meet based on entries.
Rules: Single-ply bench shirts and deadlift suits will be allowed. Lifters must wear a one-piece lifting suit or tight shorts. Long socks are required for deadlift. The press command will be used for the bench press. A mandatory rules meeting will be held for competitors.
