North Star Sauna at LTS Brewing Company Hygge Fest

Each sauna session is capped at 6 people. Our 45min sesssion will allow you to experience a couple of rounds of hot-cold treatment. Heat up in the sauna for 10-20 mins, and follow up with a cool down period outside or in "Little Dipper" cold bath. After your sauna session, treat yourself to some of the finest craft beers offered by LTS Brewing Company, perfectly complementing the cozy atmosphere.

What to Bring:

-Bathing suit or gym attire to wear in the sauna

-Water/Water Bottle

-2 towels (one to sit on and one to use)

-Flip flops/sandals or other easy-to-slip-on/off footwear

-Robe (optional)

-Change of clothes if you plan on sticking around at the brewery (optional)

Additional Information

-Alcohol is not permitted during sauna session. Save your beers for after.

-Must be 18+

-Please stay home if you're feeling sick or if you have been exposed to someone sick.
