​NOTE: No level required — we just want to have a good time, boost endorphins, and kickstart a productive week.

​For those who want to run more:

• ​You can do a “pre-run” and join just before the start at 7PM
• ​Run extra and re-join us at the end.

About the meeting point, La Carioca ():

• ​LOCATION: a few meters away from BARCELONETA METRO STOP (Yellow Line) - GOOGLE MAPS
• ​STORAGE: They will store & lock our belongings

​PROGRAM:​​

• ​​​7pm: Meeting at La Carioca
• ​​​7.15pm: Simple networking game/icebreaker + WARMUP
• ​​​7.30pm: Start of the run
• ​​​Somewhere in the middle, we can have 1-2x little breaks, and sometimes we run 5K non-stop!
• ​​​Approx. 8.15pm: Return to La Carioca
• ​​​8.15pm: Optional drink & dinner with 10% off @lacariocabcn:)
