Your local meetup is a great place to start your journey or continue learning, and meet diverse people to chat about life and how we can sustain it. Every job is a climate job, so come along and learn about how you can take action, as well as what is going on locally.

We welcome everyone, regardless of their experience or background. People Planet Pint is a space where everyone can feel comfortable learning about sustainability and sharing their ideas.

Afterall, creating a sustainable future requires connected communities. And what better way to bring everyone together than over a drink?

Silvia is a sustainability strategist and seasoned ecommerce professional with a passion for making a positive impact. She's focused on helping companies effectively communicate and market their sustainability initiatives to drive meaningful change. She loves the ocean, sharks and whales particularly, and does scuba and freediving when she can.

Ash Woodhall made Catalonia his home in 2018, moving from Sheffield, England after a year of travel in Latin America. He is defined by his warm heart, friendly approach to life, and occasional sense of dark British humour.Ash enjoys co-hosting the Barcelona People Planet Pint event so he can learn and meet people with similar interests. For work, he runs a micro-company, Practical Infosec, supporting positive-impact organisations by helping them stay safe online.

For fun, you can find him pretending to be a coffee barista at home, writing his personal blog, watching Liverpool FC (usually not) win the league, trying to run his first half-marathon, or getting his ass kicked at chess.

Jo is a circularity expert committed to positive change to the textile industry. She has purposefully led RubyMoon, a sustainable fashion company whilst investigating textile recycling & helping women entrepreneurs. Originally from Brighton, Jo has launched RubyLab in Barcelona: dedicated to circular textile innovation. Jo loves sea swimming and also organises year-round "Full Moon Swims."
