Entrepreneurship often celebrates execution.

Build.
Sell.
Launch.

And yet many founders discover something uncomfortable along the way:

You can execute extremely well...and still end up building the wrong thing.

At the same time, staying too long in reflection can lead to the opposite trap: ideas that never leave the notebook.

So where is the balance?

How do you keep moving forward without building blindly?

How do you test ideas in the real world while still stepping back enough to ask the bigger questions?

For this conversation, we’re bringing together two perspectives.

Hector Ara Sanz brings decades of entrepreneurial experience (+45 companies built, including his most famous venture Suanfarma) and a doctoral research into why ventures fail.

Léa, entrepreneur and former startup founder, brings the perspective of early-stage founders she mentored and the moment that often feels the most uncertain: when you have an idea, the energy to build it...but no clear signal yet from the market. Do you build anyways?

Together we’ll explore questions like:

• Why do ventures actually fail?
• Why do founders sometimes execute very well on the wrong idea?
• What does a real market signal look like?
• How do you balance short-term traction with long-term clarity?
