Welcome to your Noah Kahan Spin Class!
Join us at Gymbox Bank for a gorgeous NOAH KAHAN themed spin class! We have timed this ride to coincide with the release weekend of Noah's album The Great Divide and we can't wait to get stuck into some of these new tracks with you on the spin bike. Of course, there will also be plenty of old favourites from Stick Season in the playlist. Noah's music is such a cathartic vibe on the bike and this is gonna be a really special ride. The ride will be approx 55 minutes in length but we'll be together slightly longer, for around an hour including set up/cool down.
Anti-diet culture, jiggly dance party on a bike. The focus will be on how we feel and reconnecting with the joy of movement. This is an all ability ride, whether it's your first ride or your 1000th you are so welcome!

Ash Rides London classes are offered using a sliding scale for pricing. The actual cost of the class is £18 and tickets listed below that price are limited. We encourage you to consider the Green Bottle Method (see image below), designed by Alexis J. Cunningfolk, for guidance as to where to place yourself on the sliding scale.
QUICK GUIDE TO THE SLIDING SCALE
*The top price ticket is the actual cost of the class and represents the full green bottle. If you choose a ticket price below the top tier you are receiving a discount. We have called this option 'The Great Divide'.
*The middle price ticket represents the half full green bottle. We have called this option 'Stick Season'.
*The bottom price ticket represents the almost empty green bottle. We have called this option 'Porch Light'.
There are a small number of bikes in every ride which are priced higher than the actual cost of the class. These are solidarity tickets which allow those with the means to do so to 'pay it forward' and subsidise the lower/no cost tickets. We have called these tickets 'Everywhere, Everything'.
(Please note we cannot offer refunds, but if you're unable to make it, let us know at least 48 hours ahead of the class and we'll do what we can to transfer your ticket to another Ash Rides London class, subject to availability)!
