A refined 90-minute Yoga Nidra and sound journey, guided by an award-winning Sound Therapist (Sound Therapist of the Year 2025/26), created to support deep rest, nervous-system regulation and spacious, gentle intention-setting for the year ahead.

This is not simply a sound bath, but a carefully held therapeutic experience. You’ll be fully supported with luxurious cushioned faux sheepskins, fleece blankets and pillows provided, allowing the body to soften into stillness and rest at a deeper level.
