About this Event

NextGen Masterclass Manchester: In session with Matty White - Thursday 9th July

Matt is the face of Manchester's Finest, a website and social media platform showcasing the city's highlights and is the founder of ‘Fodder,’ the only food and drink podcast in Greater Manchester.

Matt has worked extensively throughout the UK on numerous Radio, Films & Live events. His passions lie in all things food & music as a vast amount of his shows & films feature around his expert topics, his successful FODDER series even received national press coverage for it’s videos of Matt reading bad TripAdvisor reviews of top restaurants to their infamous chefs.

He was a regular presenter on Channel 4's ‘Steph's Packed Lunch’ and has recently been the face of social campaigns for brands like Baileys and Baracutta. His live hosting work includes Q&As with notable personalities such as Yotam Ottolenghi and is a regular host at the Manchester Food and drink awards.

What to expect

We'll be exploring Matt's career in both hospitality and media and understanding what has shape his journey and the path that his career has taken him.
