NEW2SCHOOL EVENT - Sunday, 6 October: walk-in between 2 and 3:30 pm.
Organized by New2NL and The Expat Kids Club.
Has your family recently moved to the Netherlands? Do you have any questions about education, how to settle with your children in the Netherlands, or about international family life in general? Then the New2school event is for you!
Annebet van Mameren from New2NL and Kate Berger from The Expat Kids Club invite you on Sunday, 6 October at the Groot Melkhuis, in the middle of the beautiful Vondelpark in Amsterdam.
Annebet is an independent education consultant for international families in the Netherlands, and Kate is a Child & Adolescent Psychologist for expat families. Together we can answer all your questions about your first weeks in the Netherlands, and about the challenges you may have encountered in the meantime.
We'll try and sit in the outside area of the Groot Melkhuis. Then you'll have a view on the playground when the children would like to play there. In case it starts raining, we'll move indoors. Look for the small New2NL and The Expat Kids Club banners.
We will be waiting for you with some food and snacks. Additional food and drinks are at your own expense.
The provided information and support are for free (of course...).
This event is open to children from all types of school (also outside of Amsterdam), and of all ages, and of course their parents.
It is also a nice occasion to meet other new families.
