Surrounded by ocean air and the rhythmic sound of the waves, this all-levels gathering blends gentle yoga, guided meditation, and a deeply restorative sound bath.

Rather than rushing into resolutions, this event invites you to slow down, reflect, and begin the year with presence, clarity, and ease.

This class is guided by Katie Rose (Owner of Yoga In Beautiful Places) M.A.Ed., RYT-500, SUP Yoga, Sound Healing + Meditation.
