About the event
A monthly, in-studio sound bath + gentle breathwork in North County San Diego designed to help your nervous system shift from “go mode” to calm, clear, and present. You’ll be guided by Sachi (Somatelligence) through crystal singing bowls, slow breath cues, and body-based awareness so tension can soften and your mind can settle.

The arc
Arrive → unwind → rest in sound → re-emerge grounded. This is perfect if your week’s been full, you’ve been strength training, surfing, or commuting, or you simply want deep rest without pushing harder.

What to expect

• Crystal bowls & breath: Slow, steady tones + simple breath prompts to support regulation.
• Somatic cues: Gentle invitations to feel for comfort, settle your attention, and let your body lead.
• Ocean-adjacent pace: Easy, coastal rhythm: think sunset after a long day on the Oceanside Pier or a mellow reset after Camp Pendleton work hours.
• No experience needed: Come as you are; mats/props available. (Bring your favorite blanket if you run cold.)

• North County locals seeking stress relief and better sleep
• Athletes/lifters/surfers looking for active recovery without more output
• Creatives and founders wanting focus, clarity, and nervous system resilience

• Doors open 10–15 minutes early; late entry after sound begins is limited to keep the room settled.
• Not a substitute for medical care. If you have a pacemaker, sound sensitivity, or are in the first trimester of pregnancy, please check with your provider and let us know on arrival.
