Iron Sharpens Iron is a full-day immersive experience intentionally designed for Black women entrepreneurs who are building, growing, and sustaining businesses while navigating real-life challenges. This space centers connection, clarity, creativity, and collaboration—because we sharpen best when we’re in community with one another.
