New Year Chinese Plant-based Supper Club｜Toward the Sun 向陽生

Rituals Food Love collaborates with London-based Chinese singer-songwriter Yijia Tu, using food and flavour to explore the emotions and inspirations behind her creative practice.

Inspired by the tastes of Sichuan, Yijia’s hometown, the evening unfolds around themes of memory, inheritance, and identity. The menu draws from the comforting warmth of traditional Sichuan farmhouse cooking, reimagined as a fully plant-based dining experience that nourishes both body and spirit.

Yijia (@Yijia_music) will perform her original songs live alongside the shared table. Through the intertwining of music and food, we hope to create a warm, intimate evening—one that stays with you through London’s winter days.

In a fast-changing world, we move forward together, like the red mountain flowers in Yijia’s songs, growing toward the sun.
