New Year Candlelit Soundbath

A cosy winter candlelit sound bath designed to help you slow down, unwind & reset for the new year.

This gentle, immersive session invites you to rest deeply as you’re guided into relaxation through breathwork, a short body scan meditation &a soothing journey of sound.

You’ll experience calming frequencies including crystal singing bowls, handpan, chimes, gentle percussion, and ambient tones.

The experience is mostly enjoyed lying down, allowing the body and nervous system to fully relax.

No prior experience is needed - this session is suitable for beginners and those new to sound baths, as well as anyone familiar with sound healing.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat, blanket, and pillow. You’re welcome to bring anything else you need to feel as comfortable as possible.

The bar will be open afterwards for soft drinks, warm drinks, and alcoholic beverages.
