We warmly welcome you to join us for a new series of Beginners Yoga classes here in Penwortham.
If yoga is something you have thought about trying but don't know where to start. These classes are for you. Our yoga classes are a great way to learn techniques to:
- clear the busyness of the mind.
- breath-work to nourish the nervous system.
- and mindful movement to re-engage with our bodies.
Our aim is to breakdown the ancient practice of yoga and bring it forward into our modern day lifestyle.
What to wear
Just something that is easy to move in and something you feel comfortable wearing. Any type or regular sports clothes or just leggings and a t-shirt.
What to bring
Yoga mats are required however mat hire is available for £1. You may also choose to bring a bottle of water, this is optional we do have water at the venue. All additional equipment will be provided.
