Join us for a relaxed and welcoming yoga practice, suitable for all abilities and ideal for that mid-week pick me up!About this Event
Yogalithic's sessions are inclusive, suitable for beginners and all bodies - focusing on understanding mobility in joints, building strength and helping you move better through the day. Learn techniques for managing stresses on the body and mind and put a smile into your Thursday.
Feel free to bring cushions and a blanket to get cosy for relaxation! Mats, blocks and other equipment are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own too.
Classes are £7 to drop in, payable on the night in cash or via BACS (ask for details).
