Yoga for Mobility and Mind

Yogalithic's sessions are inclusive, suitable for beginners and all bodies - focusing on understanding mobility in joints, building strength and helping you move better through the day. Learn techniques for managing stresses on the body and mind and put a smile into your Monday.

Classes are £7 to drop in or £5 for members of Ackworth Road Runners, payable on the night in cash or via BACS (ask for details). In December there is only one session, starting at 6.30 (busy time for everyone!). At other times we offer two sessions each Monday; one for beginners and improvers at 6.15pm and later for active improvers at 7.30pm.

Feel free to bring a blanket to get cosy for relaxation!
