Celebrate the transformative energy of the New Moon…with a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practice, complemented by the soothing resonance of a Crystal Bowl Sound Bath led by Jada. This workshop invites participants to release tension, reset intentions, and connect with their inner stillness as they enter the new moon phase with clarity and peace!
During the event, participants will experience:
A 45-minute Yoga Nidra guided meditation to promote deep rest and relaxation
A 20-minute Sound Bath to immerse in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls and other instruments
Gentle stretches to prepare the body and mind for relaxation
All levels are welcome, and no prior experience is necessary.

What to bring: yoga mat, water. Optional to bring your own bolster, or small pillow, and blanket. These will be provided at studio as well.
