Halloween Gong Bath Sound Meditation Friday, October 25th 2024Cosmic Souls,
Let’s come together for an evening of sonic vibrations! Diana can’t wait to welcome you all!
We will tune into the energy of Samhain (Halloween) and it is said that the veils between the worlds are the thinnest. We will come together to honor the ones who have passed over and pay thanks to our ancestors.
Get ready to be bathed in the healing frequencies of the gong. Our evening together will involve a guided meditation and a magical gong/sound journey. All you have to do is turn up with an open heart & mind, chill on your yoga mat, and melt into the floor.
The vibrations of the gong will wash through your body, while you surrender and allow the experience to unfold organically. The gong, with its mighty roar and gentle whisper, helps us to tap into our innate wisdom and stillness within.
Gongs are ancient instruments that have been used for rituals & ceremonies for many centuries. When played, they produce a wide array of harmonics and hauntingly beautiful melodies, which can lower our brainwaves into Theta state and aid our healing journey.
There is no right or wrong way to feel during the experience and some of you might see visuals, while others feel a deep sense of relaxation & calm. Long-forgotten emotions and feelings might also be triggered and brought to the surface to heal and integrate. Embrace them!
Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, cushion, eye pillow, and some water.
If you are in need of any of these items we will have some on hand. We will also have air mattresses available. Please dress comfortably and arrive early as the doors will be locked at start time.
BYOB any libations and snacks will be provided after session is concluded.
