You are invited to gather in intentional sisterhood.
This evening is a grounded, welcoming space for women to reconnect with their bodies, their breath, and one another.
There is nothing to perform here.
Nothing to prove.
Just an opportunity to slow down and soften.
Held among the beauty of Tranquility Trails Lavender & Elderberry Farm, we will share ceremonial cacao, reflect under the new moon, and explore gentle sensual movement as a way to return to ourselves.
Sensual movement in this space is not about performance — it is about permission. Permission to move in a way that feels honest. To take up space if you desire. To stay small if that feels true. To inhabit your body without judgment.
Throughout the evening, you will be guided through
• A heart-opening cacao ritual
• Simple new moon intention setting
• A grounded, guided sensual embodiment practice
• Respectful sister sharing in circle
• A calming closing meditation for integration
This gathering is for the woman who is craving:
• Meaningful connection
• A safe space to explore embodiment
• A reminder that her body is welcome
• Community without pressure or expectation
Whether you are new to circle work or have sat in many, you are welcome exactly as you are.
Please wear something that makes you feel comfortable and connected to your body.
Bring a journal and water. All ceremonial elements will be provided.
Come as you are. Leave feeling present, grounded, and gently expanded.
