Guided by Alexandra and Erika, this two-hour shamanic journey combines ceremonial cacao, Yin Yoga, meditation, shamanic sound healing and energetic work.
Carried by sound, vibration and sacred cacao, you will be invited to soften the body, quiet the mind and travel deeper into your inner world.
You may receive visions, emotions, messages, animal symbols, ancestral memories, guidance… or simply deep stillness and rest.
