PREGNANCY YOGA 6 WEEK INTENSIVE COURSE
🌿 with Jai Ram from Small Blessings Yoga
Small Blessings 6 week pregnancy intensives are 6 weeks of 2 hour workshop-style classes.
Each class consists of roughly half teachings, education and inspiration and half yoga, relaxation and meditation practice.
The course takes you through a journey over the 6 weeks.
1 - Transformations of pregnancy
2 - Birth as a rite of passage
3 - Modern birth story
4 - Doing the inner work as birth preparation
5 - A family is born (partner are invited for this class)
6 - 40 day blessing (postpartum wisdom)
You receive a printed manual with supportive and inspiring information and practical resources, as well as guidance for a home yoga practice.
Each woman when she approaches the birth is sent off in a special way as she nears the threshold .... and all are invited to return for Mama Baba Yoga from 7 weeks after birth.
And so a warm community is there to accompany you on the whole journey.
Along with the 6 week intensive, each term of classes additionally includes 3 casual 90 minute pregnancy yoga classes and an end of cycle gathering in the last week which you can join so as to keep up with your practice.
Most women choose to go on and repeat the 6 week intensive (for which there is a discount) and continue all the way up to the birth.
