To begin our creative stretching for 2026, Envisage Creative Arts through the therapeutic & non-judgmental process of artmaking, invites 𝐎𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐬 to join weekly guided (𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒊𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒇𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒅) sessions to discover & explore your own perspectives, experiences & stories. No art skills needed, no judgement attached.
🌿As repeatedly highlighted in research, older adults gain many benefits being a part of a "Creative Aging" community.

Each week, we’ll dive into a new theme and creative activity designed to spark imagination, encourage connection, and celebrate self-expression. Artmaking mediums offered:

*𝐓𝐨 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞: This program is not based on art classes, the focus of Creative Arts/Expression is on your own process in artmaking.
