Welcome to Sound Bath Swansea. Sessions and bookings are designed to support deep relaxation, stress relief, and overall wellbeing.
1. Booking & Payment
All sessions and teachings must be booked in advance. Your space is only confirmed once full payment has been received. Spaces are limited to maintain a calm and comfortable environment.
2. Arrival Policy
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the session start time to allow yourself to settle in.
Late entry is not permitted once the session has begun, as this disrupts the relaxation experience for others. Unfortunately, late arrivals will not be admitted or refunded.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations with at least 7 days’ notice of the original date booked may be rescheduled (subject to availability)
Cancellations made with less than 7 days of the session, or non-attendance, are non-refundable. If following your request to move to another date and we agree the 7 days stand from initial booking date & no refund will be made.
For day and weekend retreats they are no longer refundable once the final payment date has passed.
4. Health & Suitability
Sound baths are generally safe, but may not be suitable for everyone. Please consult a healthcare professional before attending if you:
- Are in the first trimester of pregnancy
- Have epilepsy or a history of seizures
- Have a pacemaker or serious heart condition
- Experience severe sound sensitivity or certain mental health conditions
By attending, you confirm that you are fit and able to participate.
5. Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for your own wellbeing during the session. Please listen to your body and adjust your position or step out quietly if needed.

Sound Bath Swansea accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or damages arising from participation.
7. Personal Belongings
Please keep your belongings with you at all times. We cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen items.
8. Respectful Environment
To maintain a peaceful space, we ask all participants to be mindful and respectful. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal without refund.
9. Media & Privacy
Occasionally, photos may be taken for promotional purposes. Your personal information is handled in line with UK data protection regulations. If you do not want to be in any photos please inform us.
