The first new moon of 2025 is on Jan 29th (7:30am)… ‘Join Ginny from Cup of Intention and Cindy for a 2-hour experience from 1:30-3:30pm to set an intention for the new year thru grounding yoga and bracelet making (also includes your own 5ml essential oil roller). The workshop starts in the yoga studio in circle doing a hot stone chakra cleanse. This will help to slow down, ignite creativity and resonate with an intention. From there, you can choose from a beautiful selection of stones and beads to design and create your own bracelet incorporating aromatherapy. The bracelet and roller will help you to reconnect back to your 2025 intention or affirmation whenever you need it. Tea and treats will be served and to close the experience – we’ll head back into the studio to enjoy a new moon guided meditation with hot stones. Make the transition into 2025 intentional and cultivate the energy that you genuinely want to carry forward.
