About Propeller Dance:
Propeller Dance creates, performs and teaches contemporary inclusive dance that breaks down barriers. We uplift and empower people of diverse bodies and minds, while working towards a more equitable society through Disability Arts.
About the Workshop Series:
Join Propeller Dance for a series of workshops led by their Founding Dancers, Co-Founder & Artistic Associate, and Artistic Director. This series provides an opportunity to engage with the practices that shape Propeller Dance’s approach to inclusive contemporary dance.
Open to professional dancers, students, and community members of all abilities, these workshops explore the technique, creative processes, and the innovative possibilities at the intersection of disability and dance. Participants will gain practical tools and insights into how inclusive dance challenges norms, celebrates diversity, and expands creative possibilities, and work equitably with artists and community members with and without disabilities.
Through movement exploration and dialogue, this series deepens participants' understanding of inclusive dance as a vital, impactful, and evolving art form. Whether you are experienced in dance or curious to learn, this workshop series offers a welcoming space for shared learning and discovery.
Discover new perspectives and celebrate the brilliance of inclusive contemporary dance with Propeller Dance!

Image Description: This image shows four dancers performing on a dark stage. One dancer is in a wheelchair, supporting another dancer who is balanced horizontally across their lap. Two other dancers are positioned on either side, extending their arms outward, creating a sense of flow and connection. All dancers are dressed in earth-toned costumes, and their movements convey strength and unity.
