A Winter–Spring Restoration Series
Yin Yoga ✨ Guided Meditation ✨ Sound Healing
This series is a return to the kind of work I was offering during my Soul Immersion retreats in 2019 and 2020 — slower, deeper, and built from the ground up.
Winter and early spring are not seasons for pushing or fixing. They are seasons for restoring safety, for letting the body unwind in the places it’s been holding on for a very long time.
In this Nervous System Reset, we move gently through the body using yin yoga, guided meditation, and sound healing — not to “regulate” or override the nervous system, but to listen to it.
Each class is loosely guided by the chakra system, but always rooted in the actual anatomy of the body: where stress lives, where emotion gets stored, and where we’ve learned to brace, tighten, or stay on guard in order to survive.
This is about understanding why your body holds the way it does — and then giving it the conditions it needs to soften on its own.
✨ Winter: Grounding, Safety, and Support ✨
We begin low to the ground, working with the feet, legs, hips, pelvis, and lower spine — the places that carry our sense of safety and survival.
This is where many of us learned to stay strong, stay alert, or stay ready.
Through long, supported yin postures, gentle guidance, and sound, we invite the nervous system to feel: I don’t have to brace right now. I am supported. I can rest.
✨ Early Spring: Opening, Flow, and Expression ✨
As the season shifts, so does the work.
We begin to explore the spine, ribs, shoulders, neck, jaw, and throat — places where emotion, breath, and unspoken words often live.
Rather than forcing release, we create space. Rather than pushing energy, we let it move when it’s ready.
This is where the nervous system remembers: I’m allowed to feel. I’m allowed to take up space. I don’t have to hold everything in.

This work is for you if:
Your body feels tight, tired, or constantly “on”
You struggle to fully relax, even when you try
You’ve lived in survival mode, caregiving, or responsibility for a long time
You know your healing needs to happen through the body, not just the mind
No yoga experience is needed. This is not about performance or flexibility. It’s about creating the conditions for your nervous system to finally exhale.
