SOYA’s curriculum will help you to excel at your yoga teaching and your yoga lifestyle. Meeting monthly gives the student time to absorb these classical teachings and put their studies into practice before their next session.
Training Times
Meeting over 8 weekends once per month, Friday 5-9pm, Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
2026 Weekend Training Dates: Jan 9-11; Feb 6-8; Mar 6-8; Apr 10-12; May 2-4; June 5-7; July 10-12; Aug 14-16
