6pm: Ceremony- Host-Healing with Mel- Guided Meditation Journey & New Years intention setting (Bring: Yoga mat, pillow, blanket, Journal, Pen)
7pm: Pole Class/Freestyle: Host Kaia: (Bring: Movable clothing)
9pm-1am: Dance Party at the studio/Go out to the events downtown
Description:
Join Healing with Mel’s Community with Kaia at Shiva cosmic dance Temple for a fun night of connection and dance. This is a potluck style gathering, please bring food or non alcoholic beverage to share.
This will also be a costume party, so wear whatever music/dance era/style inspires you, whether it’s 1920’s jazz flapper, Disco, Rap or Rave scene, bring your style and your dancing feet.
You can arrive anytime between 4:20-5:45 pm. This will be our potluck and set up time. Then we will gather for Sacred Ceremony at 6pm. This will comprise of some guided meditation, journalling and new year intention setting. (If you want only to attend the dance portion of the evening, please wait until after 7pm to arrive so you do not interrupt the ceremony)
We will then put on some music and dance on the pole/ around the space. We will have DJ Lucy present to really set the vibe! You will then have the choice to leave, stay at the studio, or head out to the clubs nearby if you want to continue dancing.
Please note that inside the studio there is to be ZERO Alcohol &/or Tobacco/vaping (If you must partake do so outside), W**d & Psychedelics are welcome!
