Nervous System Reset: A Sound Healing Journey with Reiki
About this Event
Join us for a deeply restorative evening designed to help you unwind, reset, and return to calm after the week. We’ll begin with gentle breathwork to settle the body, followed by a guided meditation to ease the mind and invite you inward.
From there, you’ll be immersed in a soothing sound bath with crystal alchemy bowls, chimes, and other harmonic instruments. The vibrations help regulate the nervous system, release tension, and bring the body back into balance. Reiki energy will be gently offered to the group throughout the experience, supporting a deeper sense of relaxation and energetic alignment.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask—anything that helps you feel comfortable and supported as you rest. No experience is necessary. Come as you are.
Please arrive 5 minutes early to get settled so we can begin on time.
Bio: Marianna of Mystic Align is a certified sound healer, Reiki Master, and nurse of 29 years. She is passionate about using sound healing to reduce stress, support the nervous system, and guide the body back into balance and harmony, allowing space for natural self-healing.
