Self-Revelatory Improv is a playful, supportive space to awaken creativity, spontaneity, and authentic expression.
Improvisation helps develop:✨ Creativity and imagination✨ Mental flexibility✨ Confidence in expressing yourself without a script✨ Presence and living in the moment✨ Finding your authentic voice✨ Meaningful connection with others in a safe, encouraging environment
Through improv, we explore the stories held within our bodies, release creativity, and discover new ways of expressing our authentic selves.
Facilitated by Sheri Brinks, founder and creator of 5 Element Dance. Sheri has studied Body Tales, Theatre of the Soul, and Butoh, is a certified Dance Alive instructor, and has taught improv, Butoh, expressive movement, music, dance, and acting in Hollywood.
Suggested contribution: $25–$45 for this 2-hour experience.
