Moonlight State Beach Cleanup

Enjoy a fun and meaningful morning outdoors helping clean up one of North County’s most beloved beaches. Whether you’re a seasoned volunteer or joining your first cleanup, this is a great opportunity to connect with the community and make a positive impact on our local coastline.

When you arrive: Please park in the beach parking lot and make your way down to the Goodwill canopy to check in. Our team will get you signed in, provide a quick overview, and distribute cleanup supplies like gloves, buckets, and trash pickers.

What to expect:

• A brief kickoff with safety tips and cleanup guidance
• All materials provided (just bring yourself!)
• Opportunities to learn about waste and best practices for keeping our beaches clean
• A relaxed, family-friendly environment, perfect for individuals, groups, and all ages
• Time to pick up litter and give back

What to bring: We recommend wearing comfortable clothing, closed-toe shoes, and bringing sunscreen, a hat, and a reusable water bottle.

All volunteers will enjoy:

• Surf wax complimentary of Sticky Bumps
