Join Catherine Divine in a yoga class based in the tradition of vini-yoga and ashtanga. It is gentle and dynamic. Catherine has over 20 years of teaching expereince, her classes are heart centered and include meditation, pranayama, and movement. Catherine also offers 1:1 yoga insturction, intuitive healing sessions, workshops and coaching at Indigo Dragon Center
